Legends ASM Global is seeking a Vault Teller to assist in Premier Food Services' cash operations at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack. This early-morning role typically starts around 7:00am, Thursday through Sunday, from July 18th through September 7th. Essential duties include building cash banks by counting bills, rolling coins, strapping currency, and preparing for distribution; distributing cash banks to each stand worker and bartender while verifying balances and totals; counting and balancing the vault; completing deposit tickets and running reconcilement sheets; maintaining a clean, organized work area; and occasionally running change to different locations in the building. There are no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications include being 18 years or older, passing a background check, cash-handling experience preferred, dependability and punctuality especially for morning shifts, ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds, and strong math and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required with at least 1 year of cash-handling experience or equivalent. The role requires working early-morning hours Thursday through Sunday, working independently, following instructions and company policies, and maintaining strict organization of cash. Some experience with Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred. Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours, and working inside or outside depending on event needs.
