Sales Engineering Intern: Responsible for data administrative support of Controls and Solutions Department. Job Type: Fall Intern Workplace Type: Hybrid: Flex for your day, in person Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hours: Flexible around school schedule, 15 - 20 hours per week Essential Duties: Work with Owner Sales staff to assist with data storage and cleanup Work with Project Developers for data storage and cleanup Validate Owner Sales location accounts Work with Owner Sales staff to assist in pre-bid job setup Assist with managing incoming pre-bid & post-bid documentation folder structure setup Assist with Salesforce database clean-up Assist with control update project Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Currently pursuing a college degree (preferably in a technical/engineering) Proficient with MS Office and Outlook, Procore/SharePoint preferred Attention to detail, organized, professional, critical thinker, inquisitive, multi-tasker Quick learner, technically savvy Work independently, as well as cooperatively as part of a team Physical Requirements: Sitting for extended periods of time Ability to work in standard office environment We offer: Excellent pay Great and supportive work environment Professional training and growth Generous educational assistance program Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
