• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and mortgage documents .
• Advise clients on title, zoning, and land use issues.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel to close deals efficiently.

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on real estate experience (residential & commercial).
• Strong knowledge of leasing, purchase/sale transactions, and mortgage financing .
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Admission to the NJ bar in good standing (NY and/or PA admission is a plus).
