Job Description

· Generate leads in a B2B environment, supported by referrals from established relationships.

· Develop sales strategies and initiatives to improve customer retention and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

· Conferences and trade shows, travel up to 25%.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

· Analyzing customer usage data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.

· Regularly update and input prospect, customer, key tasks, communication, and lead information for precise forecasting, effective account management, and efficient funnel management.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

· Bilingual in Spanish desired

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in a B2B environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to improve customer retention and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
Event Participation: Attend conferences and trade shows, with travel up to 25%, to network and promote our products and services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
Data Analysis: Analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain prospect, customer, key tasks, communication, and lead information for precise forecasting, effective account management, and efficient funnel management.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related roles.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience: B2B sales is a plus.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Additional Tools: Experience with ZoomInfo.
Personal Attributes: Effective problem-solving abilities and strong time management skills.
