Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Finishing Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a CNC Finishing Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Finishing Operator 1st Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: Based on experience, starting at $19/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate machining centers and inspect for defects as castings are machined.
• Operate assembly machines and utilize hand tools for sanding, deburring, grinding, drilling, and milling castings.
• Gauge parts for quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions from supervisors to achieve production goals.

What's Needed?

• Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment is preferred.
• A positive attitude and commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures in a machine shop and foundry.
• Willingness to learn and follow work instructions diligently.
• Strong attention to quality and safety practices.
