HR Administrative Assistant | 4-Month Contract | Onsite in North Hollywood (Mon-Fri) | $26/hour

Position: Temporary Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Hourly Rate: $26.00/hour

Start Date: ASAP (covering MAT leave)

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, onsite Monday-Friday

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 4-month contract, supporting their U.S. office. In this role, you will assist with managing employee records, documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR administrative experience and proficiency in Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the new hire onboarding process, including preparation of orientation materials and coordination of welcome sessions.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including exit documentation, final paperwork, and transition processing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of direct HR administrative experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail in managing HR records and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
