Position Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of DeltaTrak Modesto's warehousing, order fulfillment, and carrier management activities. This position will be an exempt position that will report to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct supervision of the Warehousing, Order Fulfillment, Kitting, and

receiving operations

  • Coordinates with Order Processing, Production, and Quality Teams to review daily shipping priorities/schedules and takes proactive measures to ensure Customer expectations are met
  • Provides effective/ timely communication on issues that may adversely impact customer orders, production orders, and/or material receipts/shipments
  • Develops necessary processes to ensure efficient and error-free order fulfillment
  • Supports the site's Quality Systems through the documentation and ongoing training of applicable departmental procedures and policies.
  • Leads process improvement activities related to site's Quality CAR procedures
  • Manages the physical and system(ERP) integrity of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manages the cycle counting process to identify process deficiencies and takes appropriate action to meet established inventory accuracy KPI's
  • Manages domestic freight carriers, including performance and negotiated rates
  • Communicates/escalates issues impacting order fill rate to the Director of Operations.
  • Updates and publishes departmental performance metrics
  • Identifies and implements cost reduction initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a warehousing/distribution facility
  • Skilled in working in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM software.

Qualifications

College-level degree, preferably in Business Administration or the equivalent experience and schooling combination. APICS certification and/or college-level coursework desired.

Job Type: Full-time - Exempt

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 / year ( depending on the experience level )

Location: Onsite – 5 days

Schedule: Monday to Friday
