Job Description TEMPORARY PACKAGE HANDLER Automation Personnel Services is seeking several
Temporary Package Handlers for large distribution warehouse in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will be available on short notice for seasonal work. Hours and days vary based on truck schedule.
This is a great opportunity to supplement holiday income Pay Rate $18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours 2:00am-10:00am with 4- hour notice of shift.
These are day labor positions during peak season
Temporary Package Handler Duties and Responsibilities - Load trucks for deliveries
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
- Be a team player - everyone works together to get the job done!
Temporary Package Handler Qualifications and Requirements - Work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Be dependable, flexible, and reliable
- Lift up to 50 pounds (in office assessment will be conducted)
- Background check, drug screen and alcohol test will be conducted
- Must wear steel toe boots or shoes and safety vest
