Job Title: Technical Web Project Manager

Job Category: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Location: 100% work-from-home

Job Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time

The Opportunity:

Imagine leading a team of talented designers and developers to deliver innovative eCommerce solutions, engaging marketing campaigns, and cohesive branding projects. As a Project Manager, you'll take charge of projects spanning Shopify, WordPress, marketing campaigns, and branding. Your leadership will ensure smooth workflows, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Your Mission:

• Shopify Projects: Oversee and manage designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence
• WordPress Projects: Lead teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Mid-Funnel Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success
• Branding Projects: Supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals
• Project Management: Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction
