Camp Counselor Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship and Guidance: Directly engage with campers through interactive STEM activities, ensuring educational and personal development.
  • Safety and Supervision: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all campers, adhering to camp safety guidelines.
  • Activity Coordination: Help organize and lead camp activities, ensuring each day is dynamic and enriching for every camper.

Camp Counselor Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working with children aged 3-12 and possess a genuine passion for education and child development.
  • You are enthusiastic about learning new technologies and skills.
  • You maintain a positive outlook, always seeking solutions and welcoming constructive feedback to foster personal growth.
  • Your energetic and fun-loving nature matches the dynamism of our young campers.

Quick FAQ:

  • Schedule? M-F 7:45am-4:30pm (Th until 5:30pm). The camp runs from 9am-3pm and we leave ample time before/after the camp hours to prepare for a peaceful & successful day!
  • Compensation? $841 - $926/Week (Lead Counselor)
  • Additional $22/hr for extended care until 5:30PM
  • Location? Manhattan and Brooklyn
