• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and measure hiring success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related legal and organizational policies.
• Participate in workforce planning and forecasting initiatives to support long-term staffing objectives.• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.
• Background in corporate recruiting with an emphasis on employer branding.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.
