TurboTenant is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to join our growing performance marketing team. You'll play a key role in building the nation's best community of landlords by driving high-quality growth through strategic, analytical, and creative paid search campaigns.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Own Paid Search Strategy: Fully own and manage TurboTenant's entire Google and Bing Ad ecosystem across multiple brands, focusing relentlessly on driving profitable new user signups and customer acquisition.
• Lead Campaign Expansion and Testing: Lead in-depth campaign expansion and testing, optimizing bidding algorithms, ad copy, and quality scores, and expanding keywords to efficiently scale budgets and hit company-wide growth goals.
• Collaborate and learn: Partner with Google/Bing representatives for custom reporting and access to exclusive beta programs. Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities and better understand the needs of landlords and tenants.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience to Dominate
• 4+ years of experience owning Paid Search for B2C companies.
• Proven track record of driving profitable revenue and user acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience scaling monthly budgets in excess of $300k.
• Analytical & Data Ownership
• A passion for clear, concise communication that is consistently backed by data.
• Ability to own the accuracy of channel data, build complex channel analyses, and clearly explain how paid search spend impacts the overall business and other marketing channels.
• Agile & Collaborative mindset :
• Willingness to test new ideas, learn from results , and proactively work cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and new feature adoption.
• Technical Savvy
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports.

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience.
• Real Estate Experience: Experience in residential real estate as a landlord, investor, real estate agent, leasing agent, or community manager is a nice to have.

TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado, with the marketing team working out of our Denver office. Face-to-face time is an important aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and the ideal candidate for this role would be expected in the Denver office once a week on Wednesdays (more if preferred).

Compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
