Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for the effective implementation of nursing practice and operations for assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement yearly goals for units, monitoring progress and identifying problems to take corrective actions.
• Serve as an advocate for patients/families, ensuring patient/family rights are respected and addressing patient satisfaction issues.
• Direct patient care in compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with other Department Managers and Hospital Leadership to resolve unit/staff issues.
• Develop and communicate unit standards, protocols, policies, and procedures to meet trends in nursing practice and patient services.
• Evaluate staff job performance on a timely basis and facilitate professional development, providing HR with information to maintain associate files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• RN License in state of employment or compact.
• BLS certification.
