  • Team Support : Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-discipline alignment.
  • Execution Excellence : Lead testing, turnover, and closeout phases with detail and precision.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a project management role

  • Familiarity with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Forward-thinking mindset and openness to using AI and automation tools
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%

Perks & Benefits

  • Fully remote work with a virtual-first team culture
  • Competitive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous PTO, paid parental leave, and work-life flexibility
  • Annual innovation bonus for high-impact ideas
  • Support for continued education and professional growth
