Sales Engineer – SaaS Solutions (Coppell, TX)

We're partnering with a fast-scaling Accounts Payable automation SaaS firm headquartered in Coppell, TX , looking to grow their Pre-Sales Engineering team with four (4) high-impact hires.

This is a strategic, client-facing role for technically fluent professionals who thrive at the intersection of software, sales, and problem-solving. You’ll work hand-in-hand with enterprise customers, account executives, and product teams to scope, architect, and demonstrate solutions that solve real business problems and close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing guidance, clarity, and confidence to prospective clients. You’ll play a key role in mapping business processes to SaaS capabilities and showcasing how the platform delivers measurable value — particularly in ERP-integrated environments.

You’ll be:

• Partnering with AEs on discovery, demos, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Owning the technical conversation: from integration scoping to workflow mapping and platform alignment
• Translating client needs into compelling product demonstrations and technical proposals
• Collaborating with internal product, engineering, and onboarding teams for smooth post-sale transitions
• Representing the platform as a product evangelist in client meetings, webinars, and technical presentations

• Have a natural ability to listen, simplify complexity, and guide decision-makers toward action

Must-Have Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant , or SaaS Implementation role
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Online
• Hands-on exposure to APIs, integration logic, or light scripting (REST, JavaScript a plus)
• Experience supporting technical discovery, demo execution, or RFP responses
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Wrike, or demo platforms

Bonus Points If You Are:

• Bilingual in Spanish or French
• Experienced with technical scoping in a pre-sales or sales support capacity
• Familiar with cloud-native financial SaaS platforms or back-office automation tools

Location : Coppell, TX (Hybrid Onsite – DFW local strongly preferred)
