Job Description A restaurant services company is looking to hire a UI/UX Product Designer that is specialized in design systems. This person will be joining their digital product design team to provide design expertise within visual design across different platforms (Web, iOS, Android). This person will be building component libraries and design systems. They will be using Figma for component creation, auto-layouts, and variants. This person will be working cross functionally with PMs, engineers, and marketing brand teams. They must be comfortable facilitating critiques and guiding designers on system usage. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience creating & maintaining design systems Proficient with Figma (variants, auto-layout, and design tokens) Experience designing for a real-world application - proven examples of how the design system is used by product teams Experience designing for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability (WCAG guidelines) Proven impact of product design through metrics or anecdotes about the value the system brought (time saved, increased adoption) Obsessed with quality, consistency, and efficiency null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
