The Role

You’ll be joining an ambitious, people-first office during its next major growth phase. This isn’t top-down leadership, you’ll be given real space to build, shape, and drive outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and scaling a team with a focus on Finance and Accountancy
• Hiring, mentoring, and setting the tone for a high-performing, high-support culture
• Leading by example on the desk
• Opportunity to oversee and scale existing business while launching into new markets
• Collaborating with other high-performing teams to cross-sell and grow accounts
• Playing a key role in the strategic growth of the Charlotte office

About You

You’re someone who thrives in growth environments, and you lead with empathy and ambition. You’ve either managed before or are the “go-to” on your team, ready to make it official.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3 - 6 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in leadership (formal or informal)
• Is a proven biller in Accountancy or Finance
• Wants to grow a team and continue to build out a business unit
• Values performance and culture equally
• Is based in Charlotte or open to a hybrid setup
