You will develop robust mobile apps, collaborate closely with the team, and significantly impact critical projects. Troubleshoot, debug and optimize app performance. Debug and resolve complex issues related to performance and functionality. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Write Unit and UI tests. Flexible to adopt rapidly changing technologies and multi-skillings. Stay updated with emerging trends in React Native and mobile development. Who We’re Looking For (Must-Have Key Skills): 3–5 years of hands-on professional React Native experience. Solid experience integrating REST APIs and JSON. Good understanding of Redux or similar state management libraries. Proficient in Git and version control workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Independently develop within team development experience, taking ownership and responsibility. Effective messaging, emails, proactive status updates, structured fact-based arguments, and team collaboration. Expertise in React Navigation, deep linking, gesture-based interactions. Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including memory management, reducing re-renders, and profiling tools. Experience in debugging tools (Flipper, React DevTools, and other React Native debugging utilities). Awareness of mobile security best practices, including secure storage, authentication mechanisms, and API security. Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, including Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise. Experience with push notifications and deep linking using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or OneSignal. Understand the complete app release cycle for Play Store and App Store, including signing, certificates, and app submissions. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of native app development (Android/iOS). Familiarity with AI tools like Github Copilot to increase productivity. Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp). Apps published clearly mentioned in CV (Play Store/App Store). Understanding or interest in modern mobile AI-driven integrations. Experience in creating reusable UI components & custom widgets. Deep knowledge of React Native architecture and best practices for clean and maintainable code. Experience with Design patterns. Familiarity with offline storage using sqlLite, Firebase. Experience working with existing codebase and changes. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium for writing and maintaining tests. Familiarity with Bluetooth and IoT integrations, including BLE for device connectivity. Experience with animations (Reanimated, Lottie, Gesture Handler).
