Responsibilities Deliver products supporting the strategy and operations of a Top 10 Commercial Bank. Develop strategies to provide tailored solutions for clients, build a world-class team of financial advisors, and enable a market-leading operation for loans, treasury, and capital markets products. Create "always on" technologies to increase profitability and empower associates. Strengthen controls and monitor key processes to reduce operational risks. Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features, collaborating with technology, product, design, and other partners to achieve shared outcomes. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or military experience At least 1 year of product management or related experience (design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, software engineering) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering 1+ years translating business strategy into digital products Experience with core product platforms for digital experiences Experience as a product owner in an agile environment Additional Information Capitol One will not sponsor employment authorization for this position. Salary ranges vary by location: McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400; Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100. The role may include performance-based incentives.
