Located in the heart of southwest Wisconsin, our privately owned, voluntary residential program serves adults aged 18–64 with compassion, dignity, and purpose. We’re committed to helping individuals turn their addiction stories into lasting sobriety — and we need skilled, compassionate nurses to help make that possible.
As an Overnight LPN, you’ll play a vital role in both our Detoxification and Residential Programs, providing medical support to clients through medication administration, lab processing, and treatment planning. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that includes clinical staff, LPNs, RNs, and medical providers — all working together to support each client’s recovery journey.
Schedule:
6:00pm-6:30am (3 x 12-hours shifts per week)
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
What You’ll Do:
Administer medications and vaccinations
Process labs and monitor detox symptoms
Develop initial detox treatment and discharge plans
Educate clients about medications, health, and wellness
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff on treatment planning
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Communicate with families or support networks as needed
Support inventory and medical supply tracking
Respond to emergencies and ensure continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Current, active LPN licensure in Wisconsin
2–5 years of nursing experience (experience in substance use/behavioral health preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Ability to educate and interact with clients in recovery
Experience with medical records and utilization review is a plus
Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred, but not required)
