• Manage trust and probate litigation from pleadings through final resolution

• Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Represent clients in court hearings, settlement negotiations, and strategy meetings

• Collaborate with attorneys across related departments to deliver full-spectrum legal solutions

• Handle matters involving fiduciary disputes, contested wills, and trust interpretation

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in trusts & estates law

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Courtroom experience with motion practice, discovery, and hearings

• Excellent communication skills and client interaction ability

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active matters
