Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize CAD software to design and develop technical solutions for intelligent warehouse equipment.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical support during the pre-sales process.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to discuss technical specifications, feasibility, and project scope.
4. Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
5. Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution from pre-sales to implementation.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in smart warehouse technologies to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the warehouse automation or equipment industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
4. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships.
7. Familiarity with intelligent warehouse systems and automation technologies is a plus.
