Marketing Manager | Sleepy Tie®
📍 Hybrid (mainly in-house) | Framingham, MA
Sleepy Tie® is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty startup revolutionizing modern hair routines. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own strategy, communication, execution, and optimization across channels; working closely with leadership, our content & social team, and external partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in organized chaos, loves beauty brands, and knows how to turn standout creative into scalable results. You’re obsessed with influencer marketing, TikTok, organization, and everything current in beauty culture.
What You’ll Do:
\t•\tLead marketing strategy, efficiencies, and optimization across all channels
\t•\tManage freelancers and agency partners for seamless execution
\t•\tOversee marketing tools & workflows (email, SMS, influencer, Meta ads, project management, etc.)
\t•\tCollaborate closely with social & content teams to optimize strategy across social, web, SMS, and email
\t•\tMaintain and evolve brand voice and brand guidelines
\t•\tPlan and execute launches, promotions, and sales alongside the Creative Director/CEO
\t•\tBuild and refine marketing & influencer processes to support rapid growth
\t•\tHandle marketing and PR communications
\t•\tInitiate and manage brand collaborations and partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
\t•\tMUST HAVE: 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or startup marketing
\t•\tApplicants without this experience will not be considered
\t•\tExtremely organized with strong multitasking skills
\t•\tCollaborative team player who values clear communication & accountability
\t•\tExperience managing freelancers and/or agencies
\t•\tProficient in Google Suite + Shopify
\t•\tBonus: experience with SMS/email platforms and Meta ads
\t•\tStrategic thinker with a positive + feedback oriented mindset
