Salary: $14-14.7/hr
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in various aspects of the manufacturing process, including counting and packaging parts, tending machines, handling shipping and receiving tasks, performing assembly, and ensuring quality control. This is a fast-paced position that requires standing for the duration of the shift and lifting 15-30 lbs consistently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay: $14-14.75/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, 11 PM-7 AM
Key Responsibilities: - Count and track parts and inventory for accuracy during production.
- Package parts and products securely for shipment and distribution.
- Tend to machines, ensuring proper operation and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Assist with the assembly of components and final products.
- Inspect parts and products for quality, identifying and reporting defects or issues.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading materials and organizing stock.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support production operations.
Requirements: - Ability to lift 15-30 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of assembly, packaging, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
