Employment Solutions is partnering with a successful company to hire Maintenance Manager to work onsite in Glastonbury, CT . This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

DUTIES

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, facility safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel, implementing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with external contractors, and minimizing plant downtime through strategic repairs and maintenance planning.
• Be responsible for leading tank and kettle changes, hazardous material management, and ensuring proper inventory levels for critical spare parts and materials.

REQUIRMENTS:

• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements related to galvanizing and hazardous materials
• Experience managing a maintenance team, including training, development, and performance management.
• Proficiency in managing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
