Job Title: Daytime Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations
Location: Tabler, WV
Schedule: Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Daytime Supervisor to oversee our supply chain operations during daytime hours. This role will be responsible for directing and coordinating key functions across production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for efficiency and safety, as well as a drive to improve processes and support excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate production, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and purchasing activities.
Optimize processes to reduce operational costs while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Supervise the movement, storage, and processing of inventory to meet distribution and service goals.
Review and improve existing procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and forecasting teams to align with demand.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of inventory management and forecasting systems.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices.
