My Auto Store is one of the nation’s largest providers of recycled OEM auto parts, committed to sustainability and exceptional service. We take pride in delivering quality parts to our customers while reducing environmental impact. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team.  

Position Overview:  
As a Junior AR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced team. This role will be worked 100% onsite in Camden, NJ with no opportunity to go remote or hybrid.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Monitor aged receivables and ensure timely payment in accordance with established terms.  

• Analyze and report on outstanding balances weekly, identifying and escalating slow-moving debts.  

• Enforce customer credit limits and payment terms to reduce financial risk.  

• Manage billing and collections for both domestic and international customers.  

• Process and apply cash receipts accurately; reconcile discrepancies.  

• Maintain financial records by preparing journal entries and updating tracking spreadsheets.  

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and payment issues.  

• Handle returns and RMA processing.  

• Collaborate across departments to support month-end close with timely reports and reconciliations.  

• Perform other duties as needed to support the AR team.  

What We’re Looking For:  

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.  

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.  

• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.  

• Experience with ERP or internal accounting systems is a plus.  

• Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.  

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.  

Position Salary $45 – 55k/yr
