Job Description

The Incident Manager – Facilities Systems is responsible for overseeing the response and resolution of incidents related to building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and other critical facilities systems. This role ensures minimal disruption to operations by managing incidents effectively, coordinating cross-functional response teams, and implementing preventative strategies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in facilities management, emergency response, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Incident Management: Lead the investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents affecting facilities systems, including Power, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Coordination & Response: Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents, ensuring timely escalation and coordination with maintenance teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize ticking and monitoring tools to detect, track, and analyze incidents and trends. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct post-incident reviews to identify the root cause of failures and develop corrective and preventative measures. Stakeholder Communication: Provide real-time updates and reports to client leadership, LOB and security partners and other stakeholders as necessary. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate incident response processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety. Compliance: Ensure that facilities teams and vendors follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and compliance standards.
