Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Sebring, FL. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You will lead the team, manage inventory and cash, implement sales strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35,000 – $50,000/year based on experience. .
