Victory Men's Health is hiring a Front Desk Manager in Town & Country, MO.

As the Front Desk Manager, you play a pivotal role in advancing our organizational priorities and goals, centered around providing top-notch healthcare services tailored to men's unique needs. Your responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, managing new patient interactions, scheduling appointments, overseeing billing processes (please note: we do not accept insurance), and dispatching orders efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
• Manage new patient interactions and guide them through our onboarding process.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee billing processes (note: we do not accept insurance).
• Dispatch patient orders and supplies with precision.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain seamless workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptionally friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous front desk, office management, or healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and billing software is a plus.
