We are seeking a Federal Construction Superintendent to join our team to oversee work at Dobbins ARB in Marietta, GA. Looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience including Federal experience, USACE experience . Pay dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management on Federal projects
Familiarity with construction management software
Deadline and detail-oriented
OSHA 30
