Executive Assistant

Reno, NV or Incline Village, NV (Remote)

• Salary 50-80K
• Open to PT or FT

SUMMARY:

• We are a top-tier, growing service company in equity compensation. We seek a highly organized and attentive Executive Assistant who exemplifies team-first support and a "let's get it done” attitude to join our growing team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing the prioritization of to-do lists, calendaring, and day-to-day planning for 1-3 executives (PT 20hrs a week = 1 executive / FT 40hrs a week = 2-3 executives)
• Manage incoming emails and funnel them into prioritization buckets
• Organize notes and delegate tasks to supporting team members
• Support Social Media presence and activity (i.e., LinkedIn)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3-7 years' experience in a professional EA role or related field
• Able to handle a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information
• Strong communication and organizational skills, astute attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Highly attentive with a strong ability to anticipate needs
• Deep understanding of MS and Office 365
