We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our client's fast-growing marketing team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic content initiatives, collaborate closely with a dynamic team, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments and bring a strong background in content strategy, development, and integrated marketing. This is an exciting role where the Content Marketing Manager can utilize content and data that has been curated for years and implement a better strategy, plan, and content calendar for the organization. This is an ideal role for Content Strategists in the Ann Arbor area looking for a hybrid position on a growing marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Oversee the creation and management of a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across all channels.

• Collaborate with the social media team to craft cohesive organic and paid social campaigns.

• Create and manage PR strategies, including press releases and billboard messaging.

• Coordinate with writers and other team members to ensure high-quality, impactful content production.

• Analyze and optimize content performance using data-driven insights.

• Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation and strategy.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

• Monitor industry trends to inform innovative content approaches.

• Lead integrated marketing efforts to unify messaging across various channels.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in content management, editing, and development.
• Strong background in blogging and corporate communications.
• Experience crafting and executing PR and social media strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering for content enhancement.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance and refine strategies.
