We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Coffee Barista to join our team. This

role is about more than making great coffee — it’s about creating warm, welcoming

experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, enjoys connecting

with people, and can bring positive energy to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and

care according to brand standards

 Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every customer

 Actively engage with customers — answer questions, make recommendations, and

ensure they feel welcome

 Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace and customer area

 Handle transactions accurately while keeping service efficient

 Manage daily inventory of ingredients and restock supplies

 Work collaboratively with teammates, fostering a positive and respectful work

environment

 Train fellow baristas when needed

 Uphold all safety, health, and hygiene standards

 Contribute to the overall sales revenue of the company

 Execute administrative tasks such as participation in meetings, report preparation

 Speed of Delivery: Works efficiently while maintaining high quality and has excellent

organization and time management skills

 Communication: Able to interact warmly with diverse customers and team members

 Teamwork: Works well with others, offering support to team members

 Adaptability: Stays calm and upbeat in a fast-paced environment, maintains positive

attitude, solves problems when faced with challenges

 Attention to Detail: Ensures drinks are prepared consistently and correctly

enhance their experience

 Self-starter: Possesses a strong sense of ownership and initiative with the willingness to

learn

Qualifications:

 Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right

person

 Bilingual is a must – English and Spanish

 A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and serving others

 Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

 Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
