Chief Product Officer and Technology Officer Chief Product Officer and Technology Officer Our client is seeking a visionary Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead the next era of our digital platform—powering real-world change for vulnerable children and families across the globe. You’ll lead a talented cross-functional team and shape a product that is as intuitive as it is impactful. From setting the vision to shipping world-class tools, you’ll have full ownership of our platform’s evolution—ensuring it is scalable, secure, and centered on the people who use it. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with program leaders whose deep field experience ensures our tech is guided by real-world needs, not assumptions. What You’ll Do Shape the Future Define and drive our long-term product and technology strategy aligned with their bold mission. Turn insights into innovations—prioritizing new features, tech upgrades, and market opportunities that move the needle. Own the product roadmap and technical architecture—building tools that scale and last. Lead with Excellence Run the full product lifecycle—from discovery and design to launch and iteration—with agility and precision. Champion best-in-class tools, frameworks, and development practices. Keep teams focused, fast, and user-obsessed. Build Smart, Secure, Scalable Systems Oversee platform architecture, system integrations, and rock-solid data security. Drive seamless integrations with CRMs, data visualization tools, and partner systems. Ensure compliance with global data privacy and accessibility standards. Design for Impact Lead with empathy—infuse user-centered design into every decision. Use qualitative research and behavior analytics to improve usability and outcomes. Build features that enable frontline workers and partners to do their best work. Grow a High-Performing Team Lead, mentor, and inspire a mission-aligned team across product, engineering, and design. Foster a team culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, and values-based leadership. Manage vendors and technical partners with clarity and heart. What You Bring 7+ years leading product or technology teams, ideally in startup, SaaS, or mission-driven contexts. Proven experience scaling digital platforms—especially in healthtech, edtech, govtech, or social impact. Deep expertise in agile development, system integration, and secure infrastructure. Exceptional strategic thinking—and the drive to roll up your sleeves when needed. Bonus: Experience with international development or social impact tech. (We’re flexible, but here’s what we use or love exploring): Agile toolkits, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), data analytics and visualization tools, modern web frameworks, secure data architecture, accessibility testing tools, and CRM integrations.
