Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in Linden, NJ. This role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience and the ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Location: Linden, NJ (Hybrid work environment available).

Salary: $65K - $70K
