Are you a detail-driven, organized professional with a passion for numbers and process? We're looking for a reliable and proactive Bookkeeper to join our client's accounting team! In this role, you'll manage a variety of financial tasks-from accounts payable and receivable to payroll support and financial reporting-across multiple entities. Schedule: Part time, 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $19/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and manage vendor invoices and client accounts
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform account management and monthly reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining general ledgers
• Support payroll processing, employee onboarding, and HR documentation
• Manage client invoicing, deposits, and project entries
• Help with inventory data entry and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have AP/AR and reconciliation experience
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual vs. cash basis, and financial reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• A high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and critical thinking
