Bilingual Dispatcher Needed ASAP

(Spanish/English)

TTH South location

Start time between 6-8am working 8 hours

18- 20$ hourly

Zip- 77075

Bilingual Preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Some dispatching experience preferred but will review solid office administration experience
• Possess and apply strong skills including: urgency, consistency and great communication
• Must have high attention to detail and consistently follow up on issues or exceptions with drivers when required
• Basic to Advanced computer skills to run desktop computer and ability to learn additional software products required
• Monitor and ensure route completion of delivery via the driver check-in process.
• Track and assist drivers in an efficient and professional manner. ·
• Gather and maintain route documentation
• Manage work orders/ tickets and data entry.
• Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
• Provide courtesy calls to the customer for updates on their appointment and estimated time of arrival.
• Provide professional customer service and support via phone and or email.
• Train other employees in dispatching.

Need a HS diploma

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)

Must be bilingual Spanish English Fluent
