• Perform alignments, oil changes, tire installations, brake jobs, inspections and more on various vehicles.

• Identify and communicate upselling opportunities such as air filters, wiper blades, alignments, etc.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Previous experience as a mechanic, tire tech, lube tech or in a similar role is required.
• Ability to use alignment racks, tire machines, and various tools effectively and safely.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and automotive parts.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
