Oilogic is a collection of personal care baby products that uses the natural power of Essential Oils to help with everyday issues facing baby. Oilogic aims to take the stress out of stressful situations with baby using safe, trusted and accessible products that help baby and Mom can feel good about using. The brand has won multiple awards including being named a 3x winner of the Good Housekeeping Parenting Award and Baby Innovation Award. With its success in the baby category, the brand has expanded into new categories including Kids and Pregnancy. The brand is sold in major mass market retailers including Walmart, CVS, HEB, Meijer, Kroger, Publix, Amazon among others.

Role Description

This is a contract position for an Art Director at Ignite Brands LLC for 10-20 hours a week. The role could evolve into a full time position over time. As our Art Director , you'll create the visual development and execution of brand and campaign materials across a wide range of marketing channels. From digital campaigns and social media to in-store displays and packaging extensions, you will help translate our brand values into compelling visual content that resonates with parents and caregivers. The Art Director will have flexibility to work in office and remotely. Candidates must live in the DFW metroplex. This is an excellent opportunity to create graphic elements for a nationally distributed, growing brand, while learning from a small team of seasoned brand-building professionals.

Qualifications

  • Lead Creative Direction: Drive the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across digital and print.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: We are a small internal team with many supplier partners. The Art Director will work closely with both groups to ensure creative aligns with strategy and brand voice.
  • Manage Design Execution: Oversee the development of assets including social media content, digital ads, emails, packaging extensions, influencer kits, trade show displays, and more.
  • Photography & Video Oversight: Direct or collaborate with producers and photographers on lifestyle and product shoots, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with design, parenting, and CPG trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience required
