Planning & Reporting: Updating and maintaining planning sheets to track project milestones. pre-schedule appraiser trips with direction from appraisers Appraisal File Management: Reviewing and organizing appraisal documentation. combine appraisal files to create/add to pdf appraisal file database, place files on archiving server Client Communication: Proactively updating clients, making followup calls, and ensuring clear coverage.
