What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor our awesome maintenance team, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Hands-On Maintenance: Dive into a variety of tasks, from fixing appliances to maintaining the grounds. You'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance!
• Problem Solver: Address maintenance issues promptly and creatively, ensuring our property remains in tip-top shape.
• Team Player: Collaborate with other departments and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Organized & Efficient: Keep detailed records of service requests, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience: Minimum of three years in a maintenance management role.
• Skills: Proficient in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Certifications: HVAC/CFC certified preferred.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and a great sense of humor. You're a role model who sets high standards and motivates your team.
• Physical Ability: Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
• Willing to work on-call and be a part of snow removal efforts. You're paid on an hourly basis, so there's extra OT in it for you!
