About Dph Surgery Services The surgery department is located on the second floor of tower A and provides comprehensive care 24‑hour, 7‑day week. Dr. P. Phillips surgery provides intraoperative services for orthopedic, neurological, general, vascular, gynecological, urologic, ENT, and robotic services with 10 OR suites. Responsibilities Restock anesthesia supplies, equipment, and drugs in the operating room after each case. Maintain adequate inventory levels of anesthesia supplies in departmental service areas and order supplies. Clean and maintain equipment utilized in the delivery of anesthetic service. Set up all invasive monitoring lines as requested by anesthesia. Respond to and assist the Anesthesiologist/CRNA with all perioperative anesthesia emergencies. Demonstrate competency in specific tasks and skills defined by the Surgical Services competency list. Communicate appropriate information to the Anesthesiologist/CRNA and perioperative nursing staff. Transport and deliver items, equipment, and medications (excluding controlled substances and IV chemotherapy drugs) throughout the facility. May have limited access to areas storing medications. Maintain reasonable regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and federal, state and local standards. Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
