Aventis Solutions is actively hiring AI Engineers for a high-growth, innovation-driven client across the US. These are remote-based roles, but there are a few key tech hubs where you can base yourself, working with some of the most forward-thinking technology teams shaping the future of applied artificial intelligence. Whether your background is in Python-based data science, backend software engineering, or cloud-scale data infrastructure, this is your chance to transition into or deepen your impact in the AIOps space.

We’re hiring across multiple AI-focused teams → 10+ open roles and growing! Mid-level, Seniors, Tech Leads, Principals.

Key Details:

• Salary Bracket: $100,000–$220,000 base + up to 25% bonuses + 401(k) match + generous PTO
• Location: Remote-first across the US, with tech hubs in New York City, Austin, Dallas, Chicago and Miami.
• Career Outlook: Growth into Staff AI Engineer, ML Platform Architect, or Tech Lead roles. Managers and business leaders will be needed in the long term, too. Huge growth, so plenty of opportunities to develop your career. Teams will span product R&D, infra, and applied AI, offering paths into LLM tooling, MLOps, generative AI, and autonomous agents.

Key Tech Stack, Skills and Knowledge Desired:

• AI Curious Engineers: You don’t need to be an AI expert, just a strong technical builder with an appetite to learn and solve real-world problems with AI.
• Python Proficiency: Whether in data pipelines, APIs, or ML experimentation, Python is your go-to tool.
• Cloud-Native Mindset: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred. Bonus for experience with cloud ML platforms like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or AzureML. They use all three for different projects!
• Data Foundations: Comfortable working with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or streaming systems (Kafka, Spark). Knowledge of MS Fabric (Synapse & Data Factory) is a bonus.
• AI Tools & Ecosystem: Familiarity or interest in frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS.
• LLMs & APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral
• RAG & Orchestration: Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, Agentic frameworks (AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Modern Engineering Practices: CI/CD, containers, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), serverless or microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) are part of your toolbox.
• Collaborative Builders: You enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams (DevOps, product, data science) and thrive in agile environments.
• Good Communicators: You can clearly express complex ideas, document your work, and advocate for engineering best practices.

Example Backgrounds We’re Hiring For:

• Python Software Engineers looking to move into ML or generative AI
• Full-stack JavaScript Software Engineers with strong DevOps/platform engineering experience (React, TypeScript, Node)
• Data Engineers (ETL pipelines, distributed data systems) seeking AI exposure
• Data Scientists / ML Engineers eager to productionize their models and build AI-first applications
• Cloud / MLOps Engineers with experience in ML platform orchestration and scalable infra
• AI Engineers with applied experience in LLMs, agentic frameworks, or AI-native product builds

What You’ll Do:

Join a team of engineers working across AI R&D, platform engineering, and intelligent product development. You’ll help design and deploy production-grade AI systems, ranging from data-centric applications and ML APIs to LLM-integrated tools and next-gen platform infrastructure.
