This position facilitates collaboration among stakeholders, including Product Owners and Solution Architects, while promoting continuous improvement through metrics, Test Automation, and CI/CD. The master also ensures effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making to resolve challenges and align team efforts with organizational goals. Responsibilities Formalize project plans through daily stand-ups, sprint commitments, and sprint durations. Contribute strategically to departmental and project business plans, aligning with project strategy. Conduct sprint planning for upcoming sprints and define sprint goals and backlog. Provide input on project budgets and resource allocation. Manage allocated budgets efficiently to achieve project and department goals. Empower delivery teams with Agile and Scrum practices, helping them organize and manage their work effectively. Optimize team and individual performance by clarifying expectations, providing necessary skills and tools, and conducting regular retrospectives. Track and communicate team progress to product owners. Remove impediments to optimize work throughput and protect the team's focus. Monitor team velocity using tools like TFS and various charts and reports.
