About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated AC Installer/Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior HVAC refrigeration experience and a strong understanding of installation and startup procedures. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper runs of line sets

• Install refrigeration equipment per proper code

• Perform proper startup of refrigeration equipment

• Apply basic diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques

• Complete necessary paperwork: daily reports, AWA's, and RFI's

• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams

• Maintain accurate and complete list of job materials used

• Stay updated on local/national codes and industry standards

• Cooperate with other trades on-site to complete the project

• Maintain a safe and professional job site with proper organization and housekeeping

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC refrigeration equipment

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in various conditions: outdoors, indoors, dusty, noisy, hazardous areas

• Comfortable working in high places, tight/confined spaces, and all types of weather

• Able to climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch

• Familiarity with HVAC trade materials and tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Residential and/or commercial electrical installation experience preferred

• HVAC controls and low-voltage wiring experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and insurability on company policy
